Good speed of service, product does the job as described, however the plastic frame is made of very thin material & if not careful with it I could see that it might be damaged very quickly. Other than that satisfied with the product.
The fans are quiet and not distracting. And my cooler laptop is definitely loading faster. Glad the USB port power wire can be concealed. Previously the thin wire became a pet chew toy. Comfortable on my lap.
My laptop was overheating and sometimes it just turned off. I bought this item thinking it would fix that issue and it did it. Now I can use my laptop for long times and it's working ok.
I bought this in hopes of keeping my laptop cooler to prevent overheating. It worked amazing at first and I was absolutely thrilled. Within a month or so it stopped doing it's job. I definitely don't feel like I got my money's worth out of it before having to replace it.

If your laptop tends to become overheated during use, this cooling device is for you. Easy to use, just slip it under the laptop and plug it into your computer. Starts cooling immediately. It's not bulky or uncomfortable to use either.
I bought this to actually place under our drive boxes and other devices that discharge heat. I plugged the USB into the back of one of the devices and then placed 3 of them on top. The fans are running constantly and doing a great job of keeping things cool.
Amount of air movement is marginal. Could use larger or higher RPM fans.
Love the laptop chill mat. Especially because it's slanted which helps make typing easier.
