Antec Nano Diamond Thermal Compound

Antec's Formula 7 thermal compound protects your CPU even when your rig is running on all cylinders. Since little of the CPU's surface actually touches the heat sink, you need a solution that isolates and facilitates the transfer of heat. Formula 7's nano diamond particles minimize the distance between heat-conductive compounds and gladly take on an overclocking environment, optimally performing between -50°C and 250°C. To keep your system cool and your CPU functioning comfortably, pick up Antec's Formula 7 for a diamond-caliber solution.

A great thermal paste. It does what it says it does with no worry of conductivity like with the other thermal pastes that contain alloys.

If you use the spread method to apply your paste stay away from this one. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't come back later and give a negative review. Rice sized dot right in the middle works best.

This paste reduced the temperatures by 5c on my i5 4670k 4.5ghz, 1.25v. Before I used the the paste that is included with the 212 evo and this is better by a lot. The 212 evo tends to be softer, almost like mayo, and I don't like it.
Not that big of a con, but the price is on the expensive side of thermal compounds but it does a great job.

I have seen a lot of reviewers stating that it is difficult to apply this compound, but before I applied it I just warmed it in my hand for about a minute, and I used the application tool supplied with it, and had absolutely no problems.

Easy to apply, and does its job extremely well.
None.

As most users have stated this product is very viscous and will require spreading. The primary reason why I use diamond based vs silver based is that it is non-conductive. It is more expensive and more difficult to use, but worth it for the peace of mind.

case was modified so i could fit a 20inch 3-speed fan to the side of it, i didn't like the idea of having 1-2 dozen 120mm fans on it to keep it cooled, so i took out all fans except the one on the chipset on the motherboard(voids warrenty if i do remove it), then applied packing tape to any case...

awesome thermal paste, kept my i7 3930k to 4.2 ghz at 39c and i didn't even oc the system. i use it on my corsair h100 water cooler for the cpu. ppl complain about this being a thick paste, u want it thick for more diamond particles per cubic nm between cpu and cooler.
none (i dumped all my other pastes on my brother so he can moan and gripe about my pcs running better than his)

Best Thermal paste I've used. It keeps a low temp on the cpu works better than most thermal pastes in the market.

Great stuff. It's a little thicker than some other brands (like Arctic Silver) but I see that as a plus. It takes a little extra effort to make sure it spreads properly when seating everything back together, but it doesn't accidentally get everywhere and there's really no setting time before you're...

I found this at B.B. and use it for my main system, and I'm really happy with it so far. I got a decrease in CPU temp by 5 Celsius after using it, instead of Arctic Silver 5, without that 300 hour curing time. It's a winner.

Works really well Lowered CPU temps a good bit easy to spread No 300 hour curing time

Dramatic change! before applying it my CPU goes up to 185F, now it's running under 140F. The key is to apply as little as possible, but do cover the entire surface, we would only need a very thin layer of it to fill the gap between your CPU case and cooler.

-You have to know what you're doing. If you don't know or aren't overly experienced with something don't get upset and post bad reviews when it doesn't work.

This an amazing thermal compound. I use it with my "Nuctua nh-d14" to cool my "i5-4670k. My idle temps run about 1C to 3C above ambient temperatures. I have yet to see a load temperature above 50C even after a 200Mhz overclock. (Ambient is 16C-18C. I like the cold).
This thermal compound is really thick. Unlike the other reviewers state this not mean that it "waste" thermal compound. I used the normal pea size I always use and was able to spread what I had. It took a while and I was extremely careful. Honestly. Just don't rush it.
