It works great right out of the box, but I wouldnt expect anything less. How its working a year or two from now is really what counts. The design is nice for the most part. However, the raised display area gets in the way of large transformer equipped plugs that must be oriented inward (due to the...

Every time the power has gone out (which is anywhere from 2-5 times per week) this thing has kicked in and worked flawlessly. LED display is great. I could not be happier. Charge lasts longer than the specifications indicate.

Bought 5 of these for the office, but found out that they only work with 3 out of the 5 computers, after we had a power failure. These are not true UPSs they are only battery backups, which are run through an inverter. Not worth the money, when it only works with certain products.

Quiet, small, good information on display
Doesnt work with all computers.

Definitely look at this product if you are looking for a good UPS for your desktop system, especially a Macintosh. I looked at APC units and this one meets or exceeds their specs. Also, you get an actual display of its performance!

It's a good buy for the price. Still have to spend a bit more money for something more feature-filled and robust, but for a-step-above-normal-home-use, it works.

One year out, and it still works as it should. I test it every so often with my ESXi 5.1 VM, and my various switches, and routers, and such, and it performs a clean shutdown every single time... with runtime to spare. This UPS runs at a constant 40-55% load.
However useful and functional the UPS may be, it's always let down by the software. Especially the terrible UI. Business, Personal, or VM appliance version. Doesn't matter.

CyberPower makes good battery backups, and this is no exception. The display is cool but not very useful, except when figuring load and power draw. Ive had this for over a year and had no problems, we use all CyberPower backups at work ~10 of them and have had no problems with any of them.

Have this unit hooked up to a Ma ini, 2.5 external raid 1 setup, and Netgear router as a personal cloud server. The unit gives my Ma ini and external drive enough time to automatically shutdown, using the included USB cable & power management in Mavericks.

20minutes up time with intell dual core media machine power packs for sound, cable modem, router, HDHOMERUN TV, and 23inch monitor. I use this to keep the media station up while im switching from grid to home solar power i can not use a switch cause my solar is to far away from the electric box.

Anyone with a solar system this thing is passive the xandrex 2000 has an output of 115 and this unit will not AVR to 120 forcing more power to be used I was well pleased with that.
not enough plugs spaced apart for power adapters had to use a power strip

I use this to provide backup power for my satellite internet, wireless router and VOIP phone system. Occasionally, it also powers my laptop and external LCD. Works great and has more than ample reserves.

You don't need as much power as you think you do, I run a gaming pc with a 43in led-lcd tv (as a pc monitor) off the battery backup and I get 15 mins when power drops out. Don't waste money on higher VA units if you don't need more time, in all honestly 5 mins is usually more than most anyone will...

It works as stated, make sure you use the provided software with a usb cable to the pc if you want it to detect a power failure loss properly. Easy to read lcd display, the software is great too, easy to use with alerts.
I wish the display stayed on full time, you have to click it once to make it visible.
