The unit also features a battery expansion interface for an additional battery pack in order to increase back-up time. It includes eight (8) battery and surge protected NEMA 5-15R output receptacles, including four (4) that are designed to serve as fail-safe options for protecting critical loads. It also comes with four maintenance-free, user-replaceable 12V/9Ah batteries.

Moving this thing around in a rack is tough, but you probably knew that already. I have 2 of them installed with communications cards and they run great.

rack and pedestal mounting option, has option for communications card. Price is very fair
the plugs are not offset with pigtails which can be a pain if you have non straight cables. If you have odd-sized plugs, then you may want to get a few extension strips. Would like to find a 120V standard outlet form factor but for what this unit does it probably requires the 220 to support that...

This would be a nice unit if it worked as we expected.

Low price, high wattage
Seems to not supply power to equipment during short 'blips' in power. I have the same symptoms in several of the units we have purchased (we are an IT company supporting other businesses and have purchased more than 10 of these).

When it works, it works well, but it's not reliable. We've had it replaced once under warranty but the replacement does the same thing. I'm going to try hooking a laptop up to one of it's serial ports to see if I can at least remotely reboot the UPS if it does fail like this.

Large capacity with 2 extra battery packs attached
As two others have reported, during brief power interruptions the UPS simply stops supplying power. On ours I believe the unit just instantly shuts off sometimes when there is a power outage of less then 3 seconds.

Given my experience, would not recommend this unit to anyone, even for free.

Great specs, solid build, a lot of capacity
Just as TechSmurf stated, from time to time, the unit simply stops supplying power to everything that is plugged into it. It remains on, without any alarms, yet everything plugged in is dead. Turning it off and then back on fixes the issue. But... what the hell did I buy such a pricey UPS for?

*DISCLAIMER: I am not an electrical engineer, just a customer who expects high end hardware to perform its most basic functions even in less-than-ideal environments.

Large capacity, nice LCD display, battery expansion port, 1hr runtime at 1400w/70% load with 2 extra packs attached.
During some short utility power dips, the UPS transfers from line power to "no power" rather than battery, and remains in a no-power state after utility power resumes. UPS is still on, and LCD display happily states is is supplying zero volts.

Protecting two gaming rigs and use between 200w-800w at any given time.

Great heavy built product and features. I've always enjoyed having the LCD displays for easy readouts instead of always checking the status with the software. Nice compact unit, there was another unit from another brand I was considering but it was much bigger for around the same amount of watts.
I have only had one issue recently, the power had gone out and on really quickly one day and the unit did not switch to power. It was so fast that even I was surprised what had happened. All other times having power outage or voltage issues the unit has done fine.

Put a couple of these in the bottom of you rack and it will never fall over. They are very heavy. 30amp, 120volt twist lock plug - really - just look at the pictures

What a wonderful UPS. I purchased two of these to provide redundant power supply to my servers. The quality of this unit rivals that of the other big companies but at a fraction of the cost. The cover over the power button is great to prevent accidental shut down.
CyberPower does not supply cage clips or screws to mount to the rack.

Unlike others who didn't read the product description, I knew I was going to need a 30a plug to run this thing. I called an electrician and had them put a 30a plug in (cost me $130). This was a completely painless process and I was able to plug the unit right up to it. This thing is HEAVY.

Business class UPS system with great monitoring faceplate, good software and all the things you expect in a much more expensive model. I have this racked up in a 42u rack with 3 2u's connected to this and they are running great.
No instructions for rail kit. I was able to figure it out but that would have been nice to have.

Not Sure Yet
I mis-wrote. The plug on this is NOT 220V, but a special 30A twist plug. Be sure you have this (not the standard 15A or 20A outlet).

Can't tell yet
Just got the UPS. Can't plug it in. It requires a 220V outlet. That's not made clear anywhere.
